Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was okay, despite some issues with room readiness and ants in the kitchen. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was fantastic, close to the beach and airport. The dining experience was decent but with a limited selection. Overall, it was a mixed experience with both positives and negatives.
The hotel had some drawbacks like poor room conditions, with little storage and uncomfortable beds. However, the staff was friendly and provided efficient service. The location was somewhat inconvenient for entertainment options and beach access required a walk. The dining experience was average due to limited food variety.
The apartment we were allocated was around the lower pool, which could use a bit of a spruce up. It was left vacant as it was so close to the communal area and therefore loud. The on-site staff work extremely hard in the heat to clear and relay tables, and a big thanks to Roberto and Zakaria who always looked after us. The dining experience, especially when it's quieter, was the best I've had at any Balearic hotel I've stayed in. However, the restaurant could get really busy at times, and the air conditioning needs upgrading as it was sweltering inside. The gardens were dirty and unkempt, resembling jail block apartments rather than holiday accommodations, making it unfit for children due to the steps and slopes. Though it had its downsides, the daily seasonal salads were delicious. The location was a mix of highs and lows, from a problem sorted reception to a wave machine at the park, with a rough start in terms of cleanliness but decent access to nearby attractions.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The former self-catering apartment provided roomy lounge/dining area with fitments intact, giving easy access to the pool area with plenty of sunbeds.
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, with hard-working and friendly staff members. The location was like a villa complex tucked away, offering a peaceful atmosphere perfect for strolling around and enjoying the Spanish air. The dining experience was top-notch, although it could get busy, and some areas like the bathrooms needed a refurbishment. The facilities were ample and catered to various interests.
